On 26 February 2025, the Chairperson of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority issued Regulation of the Chairperson of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority Number 5 Year 2025 regarding Supporting Professions in the Financial Services Sector. This regulation was stipulated to implement the provisions of Article 259 paragraph (6) and paragraph (7) of Law Number 4 Year 2023 regarding Development and Strengthening of Financial Sector.
Pada tanggal 26 Februari 2025, Ketua Dewan Komisioner Otoritas Jasa Keuangan menetapkan Peraturan Ketua Dewan Komisioner Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 5 Tahun 2025 tentang Profesi Penunjang di Sektor Jasa Keuangan. Peraturan ini ditetapkan untuk melaksanakan ketentuan Pasal 259 ayat (6) dan ayat (7) Undang-Undang Nomor 4 Tahun 2023 tentang Pengembangan dan Penguatan Sektor Keuangan.
